Shipping Information
Carrier
Most orders are shipped via UPS. However, depending on the order and its destination, some orders may be shipped by another carrier.
You select the UPS Ground or Air option during the checkout process. Most orders are shipped UPS Ground.
Post Office Boxes
We do not ship to a Post Office Box.
Delivery Time
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours via UPS or another carrier. Delivery time may take up to 10 days depending on your location.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary by size and weight of the order. Actual shipping costs are calculated during the Check-Out process.
Our minimum shipping cost is $9.95.
Return Policy
No food or water may be returned per FDA policy.
You must contact The Camping Team within 5 days of receipt of the order and request a Return Authorization number. To get a Return Authorization, please e-mail us at Sales@CampingTeam.com or call 760-837-7731. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number.
The Camping Team is an authorized dealer for Gigatent. All Gigatent returns and service are fully covered under the Gigatent Warranty.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. Minimum restocking fee is $5.00.
All returns must be in their original packing materials and unopened shipping container.
Customer is responsible for shipping both ways. Shipping costs will be refunded for defective products or orders that have been improperly filled. We will refund shipping costs on products that we determine are defective. Products that have been damaged by misuse are not covered by this Return Policy.
Returns must be made within 30 days.
Shipping Notification
You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received and is being processed. You will also receive an e-mail at the time your order is shipped. The order confirmation e-mail will have your number and the shipping e-mail will contain the tracking number.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled anytime prior to shipping. To cancel an order, please call Customer Service at 760-837-7731. Please keep in mind, most orders ship within 24 hours.
Customer is responsible for shipping and restocking fee on canceled orders that have been shipped.
